Expansion Chamber Stock Guide
Two-stroke expansion chambers depend on engine, frame and exhaust mounting geometry. Shape alone is not reliable evidence of year or model fitment.
- Bike year, make, model and engine size, including engine swaps or frame changes.
- Photos of the complete existing pipe, cylinder connection, mounting tabs and silencer joint.
- Any stamped part numbers, maker marks or labels, photographed close enough to read.
- Cylinder connection diameter, mounting positions and silencer joint dimensions in millimetres; identify which section is needed.
