Parts Requests

Your submitted email address, contact details, and message are saved privately so Mike's Bikes can reply. Request notifications are sent by email. Requests are not published or sold.

Site Activity

First-party activity records help us understand parts searches and improve the website. They include pages visited, searches submitted, contact-link clicks, device category, scrolling, and foreground time. We do not record keystrokes or send activity to advertising trackers.

Browser-session identifiers and hashed IP identifiers group visits and help prevent spam. A submitted request may be linked to that visit in the private admin dashboard. WhatsApp message contents and email-link message contents are excluded from activity records.

Anonymous activity and search records are retained for up to 90 days. Customer requests are kept for follow-up and business records. Private backups may retain recently removed records until their backup retention period expires.

Cookies & External Services

Session cookies protect request forms and admin sign-in. WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram have their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider may maintain server and security logs.
